About

Andy has over 30 years of experience working in the field of corporate training in Taiwan and China. He is Managing Director of Lado Management Consultants, a B2B English language-training and consulting firm which he founded in 1993, and Partner at Momentum Visibility Training.

Contribution to the Chamber

Andy is privileged to have served on the Board of Governors since 2008. As previous chair of the Membership Committee, Andy has played an active role in the Chamber’s rapid expansion, which has seen it more than double in size over the past decade. He is a keen advocate for membership engagement and believes that a continued focus on hosting a broad spectrum of events and creating opportunities to get involved are key to maintaining the BCCT’s status as the most vibrant, dynamic Chamber in Taiwan.

As a long-serving Board member, Andy is also actively involved in ensuring signature events such as the St. Andrew’s Ball and the Christmas Charity Auction continue their fine traditions while keeping in tune with the needs of our ever-evolving membership. Andy continues to play an ongoing and active role in several Chamber committees.
